The renowned Kylemore Abbey School (Scoil Aine) is central to the story of Kylemore Abbey. From 1923 to 2010 the School was home to generations of girls who have forged a special bond with Connemara and the Benedictine Nuns of Kylemore Abbey. Today hundreds of women around the world fondly remember their time as ‘K’ girls in the magical location of Kylemore Abbey.

Reunion update

Alumnae Reunion 2022

The Kylemore Trust and the Benedictine Nuns of Kylemore Abbey are pleased to confirm that Kylemore Abbey School Reunion will take place on the weekend of 10-12 June 2022.
The main programme of activity will take place on Saturday, 11 June at Kylemore Abbey, when over 300 past pupils of Kylemore Abbey School are expected to travel to Connemara to visit their alma mater.  Past pupils have also organised a full social programme in Clifden over the weekend.
Activities on site include exhibition, concerts and tours; social hub for alumnae, former staff and nuns can meet, Mass and tree-planting.  Some elements of the weekend will be livestreamed.
Alumnae are requested to register at Eventbrite.
Registered alumnae will receive free weekend admission to Kylemore Abbey & Estate; Special Alumnae Discount for café and shop; and commemorative programme.
