How wonderful is your name in all the earth! (Psalm 8)
The Holy Trinity presents us with more mysteries the more we reflect upon it. The holy conversation between the three Persons is a theological mystery too deep for human fathoming.
Having said that, today’s Gospel is all about the sharing of divine secrets and divine honour, each Person wanting to honour the other.
At least, Jesus reassures us that with the coming of the Holy Spirit – who is the Spirit of truth – we will be led into more knowledge of the divine Trinitarian life and with that we must be satisfied.
Spirit of truth, come and enlighten our darkened world.
