Go out to all the world and tell the Good News. (Psalm 116)
This serious Gospel leaves us reflecting deeply on our state of soul, our eternal destiny and our response to God’s patient, faithful love.
Such reflection might lead us into a closer relationship, and a more fervent prayer life with our heavenly Father and His divine Son. This is truly a blessed outcome. This new closeness will result in a wider spiritual sensitivity and will encompass our loved ones, especially those who have turned a deaf ear to God’s call. We will then cast our spiritual net wider and find ourselves praying for all God’s children.
In living a life directed by the Holy Spirit and trying to serve Him faithfully, we are co-heirs with Christ and will finally share His glory.
