As part of the St. Benedict Week celebration, Brother Colmán Ó Clabaigh OSB, a monk of Glenstal Abbey, County Limerick, will present this talk in the monastery’s Great Hall.
Brother Colmán is a medievalist specialising in Irish monastic and religious history. The author and co-editor of several books and articles, his current research focuses on the social impact of religion in medieval Ireland.
A copy of the Book of Kells is on display in the monastery’s Great Hall for viewing, as well!
